BIRDSEYE MUSIC FESTIVAL is a small-venue event focused on music and raising money: proceeds will go directly to Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto to support treatment. Genres have included folk, pop, blues, chill, and more, presented in an intimate, no-frills environment. Local celebrity DEB PEARCE has signed on again as this year’s MC. Musical acts include jazz phenom HEATHER BAMBRICK and local fan favourite SANDRA BOUZA, who will be recreating her homage to Alannis Morisette’s JAGGED LITTLE PILL. A performance by RICOCHET, an 80’s cover band fronted by ELANA HARTE and JANET WHITEWAY, rounds out the evening’s musical offerings.
Sandra Bouza and her band cover the entire ground breaking 'Jagged Little Pill' released in 1995 by Alanis Morrisette. Sharing the night will be Toronto Smiths tribute band 'The Queen is Dead'.
Sandra Bouza and her band are back at the legendary Cameron House to play the first show of 2019 and to preview a few songs from her next album scheduled for release in October of 2019.
